Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

📦 How Returns Work

In most cases, Blusmoon will arrange a courier pickup from your address.

In some locations, customers may be requested to send the product back via parcel/courier.

📥 Product Condition

Returned items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original packaging

With tags intact (if applicable)

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product,

We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
